both emails are right i don't know why its not working i'm pretty annoyed right now.

hmmm - perhaps make sure that your email address listed in the members area vbulletin.com is the very same as the email address you have listed here at the .org

Please give it some time and be patient, if you provided (typed in) the correct email it can still take some time to update, check tomorrow and I bet your status will be licensed .

Did you may sure to go to your priority support page on vbulletin.com and allow vbulletin.org to access your license status?
