Serverload average gone in AdminCP

Hi folks

After moving my board to a new VPS (Windows/Apache/PHP5), the average Serverload isn't displayed in the AdminCP anymore.

I remember having this problem can be caused by:

- php exec() disabled
- php safe_mode on
- open_basedir enabled

All those settings are correctly set in my case, so it has to be another factor..
I really don't know were to look at, help would be much appreciated!
