Install or Upgrade?
I was recently having some issues with hacking on my forum, so I ultimately had my web server totally wiped clean, and I'm about to install the latest vb4.
I was previously running 3.8.5, and I downloaded the database backup. What exactly do I need to do to get things up and running again? I'm assuming that I should first of all restore my database before installing the forum. So after that, would I perform an upgrade or an install? |

If you wish to upgrade then no need to install,
Just import your previous Database from PHPMYADMIN to newly created Database, Fill config.php & run an upgradation i.e. Code:
www.domain.com/install/upgrade.php |
