I was checking out the vBulletin features https://www.vbulletin.com/index.php?...pport-features and under the Support tab it had
Customer Ticket Support.

Does this mean that I will be able to use a ticket system to contact Vbulletin or does this allow me to have a support ticket system on my site.

That means when your logged into the Members Area, your able to submit support tickets for assistance - https://members.vbulletin.com/member...ontactform.php

ooh lol Is there a mod that would allow a ticket support system? I tried to search for it but had no luck finding it.
