Plugin that emails users who didnt post/make threads in X last days?

As i ntopic is there a plugin that PMs/Emails people who didnt make new thread at 1 of forums in X time?

For example if 1 of forums is a small section that needs people to stay active and checks if somebody was ative in some period of time.

Does such thign exist?

There used to be something like that. Try a search on "inactive*" or similar to see if it still exists.
