Adding Prefix to Thread Title, How?

I have already added it to the Meta Title Tags but I can't get it to display on this page where the title of the thread displays in the first post?

I figured it out, now I just wish I could change the color of the prefix to standout from the regular text like I did for the forum section or when you do a new posts search....is it possible? I tried adding a font tag in the above code but it would make the whole title and first post that color instead of just the prefix.
