All pws reset on every account?

This morning all users were logged out of the forum and passwords no longer work, i have zero access to anything.

I even made a test user account and was logged in, when i logged it out and logged back in the pw didnt work.. pw reset does nothing either..

HELP!!!!!

I will provide you with ftp info so you can dig and look
