Sms Twitter to Forum

Hello guys,
For my Family forum I am looking for a modification wich enables SMS posts to forum.

- In my forum I want a "sms twitter recent news" thread
- users can send messages SMS to this thread
- messages are updates immidiatley to the thread (like rss sheet)

is it possible?
wichs modifications do I need?
