Is it safe to remove disabled old plugins?
Will it affect my forums? or will generate some errors?

I need your opinions..

If a plugin is disabled you should be able to remove it with no problem. But if it's part of a product, I would think you'd would want to uninstall the product rather than delete individual plugins. If you want to be extra safe make sure you have a backup of your database first.
