yes how do i add custom things to my vbulletin forum where you usually would use a forum block manager on v.4x but 3.8 doesnt have a forum block manager so how would i add things like this for example : http://prntscr.com/48xvn i pointed the things out in red this is what i want to add is there any mods or anything that would allow you to do this on vbulletin 3.8 any help would be appreciated thanks

Likely you should start a thread in the help requests - paid forum, and hire yourself a coder for the job. Most work fast and inexpensively.

nah i dont want to hire anyone i want to learn so i can do it for future reference it wont do me no good paying someone to do because i wont be able to do it next time so its better just learning how so please tell me what to do

Nobody's going to tutor you. You have to research and study and learn on your own, or PAY someone to do this and tutor you in the process. Lots of folks will do that for ya.

I know alot about coding, can do alot of it myself, (self taught) but when I need something major I HIRE. I don't post a thread asking someone to explain complex scripting to me.
