dear friends

i am searching for a hack or anything else that allow me to set a user to login to my vbulletin with one or more specified IPs only.

and if he login with other IPs, then vbulletin ban his username automaticlly.

Never heard of something like that. I know I would get banned from your site if you had something like that since I use a dynamic IP (and so do many people).
