internal cms link

Hello
when i add a linki in CMS i gues also in forum and blog
it is opend as new window because there is as far i see no option to set same or blank or .....

does any one know how i can create internal link so open in same window in stat new window

same for <br> is not posible, shift enter gives not a white line but remove white line ( break) shift enter gives a white line braek but in option list it gives a new number in stat a white line
