Is there a way to recover pruned users?

reason I'm asking is because one of my admins made a very stupid mistake when pruning members, he pruned two members that were inactive at the time, however, I dunno if there is a way to recover those pruned members....is there??

Only way I know of is via a recent database backup, otherwise, no.
