I need to send new threads to all users by mail as a news mail every week and also need to manage what to send I try to use Community Bulletin Email Generator but I did not like its mail style

i am too waiting for a good mod to use Email option on shared hosting with limiting E-mail Traffic to 300 per hour or some options like that
