How disable and fix # redirect?

hi,
I think that someone in my setting is wrong but I dont know what ..
My problem here :
http://www.rewind.co.il/content.php
when you click near one of categories in right menu you redirect to :
http://www.rewind.co.il/#

how can I fix it, I want if you click near the title of article you will redirect to article as you click on title and redirect to article url .

ex:
here :
http://www.rewind.co.il/content.php
when you click one of right menu "מאמרי הדרכה" you redirect for :
http://www.rewind.co.il/content.php/11-articles
but if you click near "מאמרי הדרכה" in right menu , you direct to :
http://www.rewind.co.il/#
