Changing the color for sub-forum list on forumhome

I'm struggling a little with CSS here and want to make my sub-forum list a different color and bold on forumhome. Is there an attribute I need to alter or do I need to write some?

Help a CSS noob.

Probably just have to write your own CSS for it.
