quotes not appearing correct from rss feeds

I'm currently having an issue where anything that posts from an rss feeds with quotes in the body, its showing something else.

Here's an example rss feed:

There aren’t many players in the NFL like Michael Vick. And the ones that are close, aren’t

so anything with a quote or apostrophe is coming up with "’t"

Any ideas?? Im stumped. Im running 4.1.7
