Vbulletin 3.8 help

A few months ago I set my forum to force login/ register to see my forum. I want to disable this function but can not find it anymore. Please let me know how to get this done ASAP. Thanks...

I think maybe you want to go to the usergroup manager and edit the permissions on the "Unregistered / Not Logged In" usergroup.
