How do I customize my pages?
Its been awhile since I did any real updates but I am at a loss. You used to be able to create pages and then customize them with a certain background, banner, and colors of the title bars and such. With the newer setups, I seem at a stand still. Is there a mod that will allow me to do it the old way or is it still possible but I am not looking in the right place?

ok, I think I found it, in style manager. All Style Options, but it says "This CSS file is obsolete and is available here for reference purposes only".
Is it possible or a mod that will allow me to do this the way it was?
