CMS: Banner after first article

Hello everyone

I've tried with great satisfaction installing the mod "Adsense after first post".
It works nice so now I'm searching how to add a banner also after the first article in the CMS.

How could I do it?

Many thanks in advance for any answer, and sorry for my bad english, but I'm italian.
