Flexi Banners Banner Placement

Hi friends,
There might have been something like this in the past but i am writing to check with ye all only after checking in here.

Now, under the forums we have various subforums, at times these are related to something/someone specific for which we can have a banner/graphic.

Hence i was looking of a mod/script that can help place a banner or 2-3 small graphics in a row on the space available under the breadcrumbs and from where the thread listing starts. Would need a with a click & display counter, so to use it in case of any advt request may come up.

Should there be anything paid wrt this, then you can point me to that also.
