I think offtopic.com homepage is awful. A homepage should have content right...? Gaiaonline.com is not powered by vBulletin as far as I know... The homepage isn't anyway.

Neither are my homepages ==> http://jpicforum.info and http://wlsjourney.org

Both are powered by Subdreamer CMS
