How can I wrap a header and footer around my vbulletin4 forum without having to edit every template file?

I edited FORUMHOME and got the look I want, but when I go to reply, post, view, or any other pages, it does not display the header/sidebar.

I know I can edit each template file to reflect this, but i was wondering if there was an easier way to do it?

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
