How can I use one domain for vB and Word Press?
Say i have a domain example.com
I want that to be my WordPress site, but I want to add a link to go to example.com/forum which would be my vB forum, is this possible? How would it be done? Can i use one database? Thanks for any help. --------------- Added [DATE]1317132392[/DATE] at [TIME]1317132392[/TIME] --------------- It's ok I've worked out a way to do it. I can just use a sub-domain from the main domain for the vB Forum. |

Using the /forum would work too though. And yes you can use the same database. Just be sure to use a prefex with your wordpress and vbulletin install. Personally I'd use two separate ones but that's just me.

Set up a subdomain for a forum, or a sumdomain for the blog whichever you would prefer. And remember to make sure to make a suitable prefix for wordpress and vbulletin, the prefix's can't be the same or there will be conflicts in the database.
