How do you remove the annoying message when you push the 'back' button?

Either this isn't possible or I'm not explaining it right?

It's a javascript code but I couldn't find it anywhere, you just need to remove it.

I found its part of browsers. In Safari it did it to me all the time, in FF it only pops that box up if I have altered anything in an editor box.

Nope, the form needs to have some kind of javascript code to trigger this kind of message, it is not browser default.
