The following errors occurred with your submission - when trying to PM

A couple of members reported that issue to me. I created a test account and I got the same error also when trying to PM a user.

It's blank after the error. all it reads is:

"The following errors occurred with your submission"

It's on a vBulletin 4.1.5 Patch Level 1

Any ideas?

EDIT::
Just upgraded to latest version. so far it's working fine. Will update this thread if the issue occurs again.
