Change login look

Currently my login fields look like this:



I am trying to make them look something like this:



I've searched the mods and programming forums, but nothing works. Can anyone help?

Removing the background behind the buttons and forms and moving the "remember me" box to the left of the login forms would would work just as well.

I don't know CSS well enough to do that.
