How to do a 301 redirect on invalid forum links?

Notice that when you go to this page:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/asdf

nothing comes up

i'd like to make it so that the above link would go to the homepage of my forum.

How would i do that?

modify the HTACCESS file?

Thanks!
