How to Show Latest Post First in Thread by Default on Per Forum Basis

Hi Everyone,

I am curious to know if there is a way to set up having the latest post of a thread appear first at the top when a thread is opened on a per forum basis.

I understand a user can change the display mode themselves on how posts appear in a thread, but I would like to be able to specify specific forum id's to have threads in their forums show the latest post first in their threads. Is there a way to do this?
