On my forum, on the title it says 'TehForum', but before it was 'TehForum - Powered by vBulletin', however I want to change it to 'TehForum - General Discussion Forum', so how do I change it?

delete this and write your title

Go to AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details

Then Edit it to your liking.
