ToS agreement before paid subscription

Is there a mod that shows a ToS that I can edit before a person purchase a paid subscription.

They will have to agree to it before moving on to purchase it.

Just make a new custom page, and use vb phrases for the language and then make an "I agree" Link at the bottom of the page that re-directs to the subscription page.

Great idea. I was also thinking that there should be a table in the users database. When they click the agree button it changes the value to 1. So who ever has the value to 1 they can view the subscription page. If not it redirects them back to the tos.
