That looks like you have missing images. Check the page source and see where it is looking for the images and see if that is the correct path for your site.

Page Source = Right Click and click 'View Page Source'
If its an image issue like Lynne said then I would right click where the problem is and click 'View Image' (if its there) this will open a new error 404 page showing you where the path and folder it is trying to call to.
What browser are you using and can you link me to that same image in your OP, thanks.
