Getting a login error

Hello, I'm getting this login error everytime I log into my site.

Could not find phrase 'invalid_redirect_url_x'.

I believe it just started doing this when I uploaded the recent patch for vbulletin. Anyone know how to fix this?

I just created a new forum and it's doing it for it as well. Is this something with the patch or something with my themes from purevb?
