How do I tell a section to use a certain layout?

It seems I'm using the central layout for every cms page (front and article), I'd like the article page 2 use a different layout...

Also, how do I show more preview text for articles?

Total CMS noob here, thanks in advance...

Go to the section > hover over section title > click edit pencil > change layout > save Then you may need to go to admincp > vbulletin cms > clear cms cache.
