hello there,
I have been in contact with someone that is selling a vbulletin license and I would like to make sure its real and not a scam. he's a user of an other forums and has low feedback what questions should I ask him of what should I look for.. thanks

You really need to ask this on vbulletin.com - we dont deal with licence issues here.
