Members under one month stopped from posting?

Hi everyone!

I apologise if this is in the wrong board. I did try searching but I couldn't quite put what I wanted into the search box.

I was wondering, does vbulletin have the ability to prevent users from posting on a particular board if they have been registered for say, under one month? If not then a plugin (assuming there is one!) would be grand.

Using usergroup promotions this is easily done.
