I'm getting an error when I log onto my forum, it says

Invalid Forum Redirect
(http://www.domainname.org)

That's when I access the website without the 'www' part, but it works fine when I access with 'www', so how do I fix it?

You should use an .htaccess file to redirect all your www traffic to the non-www url (or vice-versa, whichever you decide to use).
