New Post Are Going Below Thread (any solutions)
For some reason when a new post is made a on thread, the post goes above the thread.

Sounds like you have the display options messed up. Have you changed any thread listing/display options lately?

Only things I could think of that you could try are:
AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options > Thread Display Mode Forum Actions > General Settings > Thread Display Mode |

From their i just had to look for where else i can select that AdminCP-Settings-options-Threaded / Hybrid Mode Options (showthread) is where it was It was set that if none was selected to make it Linear and man did that mess up everything. Thanks again guys. |
