Mangatar as Avatar

hi

take a look at http://www.faceyourmanga.com/editmangatar.php

isn't it nice ?

maybe somebody can make a plugin for it and we can integrate our Mangatar as our Avatar

or even better create an option for usercp so we can create Mangatar inside it
