Admin Control Panel Style Choice.

I was wondering if it was possible to make the admin control panel style a choice of the user. I know when I change it now in the settings area it changes it for all admins. But some admins prefer one over the other, so is it possible to have it user based, and if so, is that something that is an addon/mod or something I would have to have coded?
