Message Throttling in Additional Usergroups
I have a simple question
If you have a user who is member of the primary Registered Users Group and has a Message Throttling of 5, he can send only 5 MPs every XX time (set in the Vbulletin Options) But what if that user is also added member of XXX Additional Usergroup and that group has a Message Throttling of 20. Would the user be able to send 5 or 20 MPs? Which setting prevales? Had anybody tried it? DEGE |

I haven't tried it by sending PMs but I did print out the PM thottling number and tried changing different user groups, and it looks like it uses the largest number out of any group that the user is a member of, unless one of them is '0' (disable PM throttling), in which case throttling is disabled. In other words the user has the most permissions (or least restrictions) of any group they are a member of. (BTW, according to the manual that's the way any permission works, not just PM throttling).
