Amazon CloudFront Expiring URLs

I am searching for a vBulletin 4 method or plugin to accomodate dynamic, on-the-fly signed URL generation for Amazon CloudFront.

The purpose is to protect membership media stored on Amazon S3. vBulletin is being used to run the membership site.
