How to Get List of Subscribed Blogs That Are Updated?

Vbulletin 4 allows you to see all the blogs you're subscribed to by going here: http://site.com/forum/blog_subscription.php?do=userlist

However that link doesn't show which blogs have been updated or not.

What's the best way to implement some kind of link that instantly shows a list of all blogs you're subscribed to and that have been updated?
