Looks like you're missing files, or you have an all white style applied to your adminCP.

Also, if you upgraded, something didn't go right, your screenshot shows version 3.8.7. Try reuploading all files and upgrading again.

It looks like you didn't upload all the contents of the /cpstyles directory

There isn't anything we can do without the actual error, and I have no clue what MYSQL dumper is.

Please don't send PM asking for help.

We need to know what the actually database error is in order to help.
