vB4 -- attachment comments

Does anyone know whether it's possible to provide comments for individual attachments? I had a previous phpBB 3.X forum where there was a small "attachment comments" box where you could enter text about each attachment in a post. Haven't seen anything like that for vB4 in the Options control panels.

Anyone have an answer or perhaps a suggested mod that will do this?
