How to edit/ add items to the registration form?

Hi, I am new, I had few registration with no informations about the person, eg full name, country, and so on, it was no activity rather than a link to there website, when I checked the ip address, I found that it from a hacker so I band it.

I need to
1. Edit the registration form to add few thing and to be a must answer before the form can be submited.

2. To changes the registration from auto to manual so I can accept or refuse the registration before they register.

All you need to do is log into your admincp--->settings--->Human Verification Manager and tick the radio button that says "Question and Answer Verification"

Click add new question, type in any question or type in something that is to be repeated.

Click Save, now click on "Add New Answer"

As per your second part of your question:
admincp--->settings--->options--->User Registration Options--->Moderate New Members "yes"

I had the image one on, but they were able to get through it.

As per your second part of your question:

That was already step up to yes, but again they were able to get through it.
