Use Google +, FB, Disqus, LinkedIn accounts for forum posts
Is there any mod available to be able to post on a vB forum with a Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Disqus or other type of social networking account without having to create an account on the site? I know there is FB Connect but that still requires signing up as a member.

Searching for Facebook and Google doesn't give any useful results as can be expected. Searching on Disqus and vBulletin doesn't result in much either.

Hi,
We are also looking for a similar mod, specifically disqus integration, allowing for any comments to be added to a thread. Currently, I feel that average users are used to seamless commenting without having to register. Because of this, I feel that we are losing out on valuable posts and we need to adapt quickly. This should also be a top priority for both vbulletin webmaster, and vbulletin themselves - however, it seems that all requests or suggestions for a similar solution has fallen on deaf ears. |

I checked out the new Facebook app from vB but that seems to be working the other way around. Instead of making my forum available on Facebook, I'd rather make it easier to post and bring people to my forum, not send them away to another platform.
It can't really be all that difficult... |

Check out this thread with instructions: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=282231
Very easy to do and seems to be working great so far. It works! |
