I added a money system mod from here for my vbulletin forum and as soon as I added the mod, my forum basically disappeared My forum doesnt show up at all, I can't even login to my username. It shows up as a white page with a bunch of codes and stuff..It's not letting me do anything.

is there a way I can undo this or do I have to completely re-install my forum and start over?

any help would be appreciated!

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Hopefully you can not login and then delete the modification.

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

I cant access my admin control panel when I go to my forum, I cant even access the forum. Is there another way to get to the admin control panel?

It looks like you're missing kbank/init.php - did you forget to upload some files for the mod, or did they go to the wrong place?

If you make the change to includes/config.php that Lynne posted above and uplaod it via ftp, then you should be able to get to the admincp.
