Kill Attachments

hi

i think it's a good idea to have a modification for removing attachments

we can call it "Kill Attachments"

just like Delete/Open/Stick/... a thread in "Moderation Tools"

the main goal is remove all attachments in a thread just with a simple click

it will be very handy for old threads
