Newbie question. How do i edit the background color of forum blocks and cms widgits

So basically, I am creating my own forum style
and I was wondering how would I change the background color of the forum block and section widgets (and any other widgit box) from the Vbulletin 4 default color?

It's in your StyleVars

admincp--->styles and templates--->style manager--->stylevars--->sidebar_content_background

Are you wanting the content background or the border color changed?

I just basically had overlooked the sidebar style vars completly
